Product Returns
Should you be unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a Store Credit/Voucher or exchange subject to the following terms.

Please Note: Lingerie.com.au will not accept returns on hosiery items, except where the goods are faulty.

• You must notify us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for any exchange or credit.



• All returns (other than faulty goods) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred by us in the transaction/return.



• Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned with the original packaging. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse any Return if in the opinion of the supplier the goods have been used or soiled in any way.



• ALL Returns must be accompanied with the Original Receipt, and a return authorisation number to be considered for exchange or store credit. (Click Here to obtain a Return Authorisation number)

30 DAY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

• If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity, the supplier will repair this product or, at the suppliers discretion, replace it.



• This warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorised repair or alteration.



• Repaired or replacement products are warranted only for 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service.



• Consumable products are excluded from any form of warranty.
